Oversees the daily operations of the home appliances maintenance department. Leads workshop technicians and field agents to ensure fast, high-quality repairs, minimize turnaround time (TAT), and maximize customer satisfaction while managing spare parts efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations: Manage repair workflows for major appliances (ACs, refrigerators, stoves, washing machines) and small electronics.Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train workshop and decentralized field technicians across regions.Service Center & Client Follow-Up: Establish structured follow-up protocols with the customer service desk to track delayed repairs, keep customers informed of part arrival timelines, and conduct post-repair satisfaction checks.Inventory: Coordinate with procurement to maintain steady stock of original spare parts and manage warranty claims.Reporting: Track performance metrics (TAT, repair quality) and report on recurring technical defects. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: 7–10 years in appliance maintenance, including 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
