You'll own these projects end-to-end: from kick-off through supplier delivery and final inspection, ensuring On-Time-In-Full delivery every time.This is the primary technical and commercial bridge between Immensa and our casting and forging supply base — translating design intent into a manufacturable, quality-assured production plan.What You'll DoInterpret 3D CAD models and 2D drawings — GD&T, datums, tolerances, material and NDT callouts — for cast and forged partsSelect and justify the right manufacturing route (sand, investment, and die casting; open- and closed-die forging; cast + HIP) and material of construction for service conditionsManage project schedules and OTIF targets for assigned casting/forging orders, driving supplier execution and closing out technical queriesReview foundry/forge process plans, rigging/gating, and heat-treatment routesLead design and process reviews, owning risk identification across technical, quality, cost, and deliveryReview inspection data (dimensional/CMM, radiography, MPI/DPI, material certificates) and disposition non-conformancesSupport Quality on Inspection & Test Plans and supplier compliance to API/ASTM standardsSupport estimation and tendering with realistic costing and lead times for cast/forged scopesCoordinate reverse-engineering and spare-parts projects, justifying design/material adaptations for manufacturabilityWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Metallurgical Engineering5–6 years' experience in castings and forgingsDeep expertise in foundry and forging processes, physical metallurgy, heat treatment, and associated NDT methodsStrong GD&T reading ability across 3D models and 2D drawingsFamiliarity with API, ASTM, and equivalent material/application standardsDemonstrated project-management skills — planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, stakeholder managementComfortable working across multiple locations and time zonesNice to HaveDirect foundry experienceExperience in reverse engineering and spare-parts production
