You'll own these projects end-to-end: from kick-off through supplier delivery and final inspection, ensuring On-Time-In-Full delivery every time.This is the primary technical and commercial bridge between Immensa and our machining/fabrication supply base — translating design intent into a manufacturable, quality-assured production plan.What You'll DoInterpret 3D CAD models and 2D drawings — GD&T, datums, tolerances, surface finish, and welding callouts — for machined and sheet-metal partsSelect and justify the right manufacturing route (3/4/5-axis milling, turning, turn-mill, EDM, grinding; sheet-metal laser/punch, press-brake forming, welding) and work-holding strategyAssess machinability, fixturing, tool access, and datum strategy, including specifying custom tooling when no standard tool fitsManage project schedules and OTIF targets for assigned machining/fabrication orders, driving supplier execution and closing out technical queriesLead design and process reviews, owning risk identification across technical, quality, cost, and deliveryReview inspection data (CMM, surface roughness, functional gauging) and disposition non-conformancesSupport Quality on Inspection & Test Plans and supplier compliance to API/ASTM standardsSupport estimation and tendering with realistic manufacturing costing and lead timesWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering4–5 years' experience in CNC machining and sheet-metal fabricationDeep expertise in multi-axis machining, turn-mill, work-holding, cutting tools, and metrology; plus sheet-metal forming, welding, and fabricationStrong GD&T reading ability across 3D models and 2D drawingsFamiliarity with API, ASTM, and equivalent material/application standardsDemonstrated project-management skills — planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, stakeholder managementComfortable working across multiple locations and time zonesNice to HaveCAM/CNC programming familiarityExperience in reverse engineering and spare-parts production
