Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Remote – Egypt)Location: Egypt (Remote Role)Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Sunday to ThursdaySelf-Introduction Voice Note is mandatoryGood Communication-Both Verbal and WrittenWe are currently looking for a Marketing/Administrative Coordinator to support the brand and marketing team.🔹 Responsibilities:• Provides administration support to the brand team.• Maintains attendance schedules, booking facilities, and liaises with the brand team.• Raises purchase orders and tracks them.• Produces routine monthly reports on team expenditures versus budget.• Coordinates the approval process for promotional materials and literature.• Coordinates promotional and non-promotional materials with external agencies.• Handles routine activities such as Word/Excel processing, answering calls, creating PowerPoint presentations, and assembling reports.• Participates in the production and coordination of the development and design of promotional/non-promotional exhibition items, advertisements, and scientific materials.• Assists in the coordination of business conferences and projects.• Coordinates team efforts for organizing congresses, meetings, and conferences.• Coordinates the Marketing department budgeting process, including product purchase order requests and monthly variance reports.• Drives and handles projects/events with guidance from the manager and team members.• Prepares and distributes communications to employees across the Saudi entity.• Prepares routine market research data when required.• Travels with the team to provide on-site support for major meetings/projects when needed.🔹 Requirements:• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.• Excellent planning, prioritization, and task management skills.• Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards is an advantage.• Experience in conference planning, budgeting, and approval processes.• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
