Team members collaborate closely with clients and partners to deliver projects that meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for leading IDC’s marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and communications to strengthen the company’s presence in residential, commercial, and medical markets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing plans, managing market research initiatives, coordinating with sales and project teams, and optimizing digital and offline marketing channels. The Marketing Director will monitor performance metrics, manage the marketing budget, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and platforms. The role also involves mentoring the marketing team and building partnerships that support business growth.Qualifications Ability to develop and implement Market Planning and Marketing Management strategies aligned with business objectives.Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing to identify opportunities, target segments, and competitive positioning.Experience collaborating with Sales teams to support revenue goals and lead generation.Proven experience in directing brand, communications, and campaign management, ideally in construction, architecture, or interior design sectors.Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels.Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
