The PR Manager is responsible for steering the company’s corporate communications, media relations, and brand reputation. This role is focused on securing positive, earned media coverage, managing corporate CSR initiatives, and acting as the core strategic voice during public alignments. By establishing deep networks with local, regional, and corporate media outlets, the PR Manager elevates corporate equity, supports stakeholder relations, and protects the organization’s corporate image through the main company sectors of Real Estate, Retail, Offices, Sports and Education assets.Key Responsibilities:Formulate and implement a robust corporate communications and public relations strategy that builds corporate equity and mirrors business milestones.Maintain and cultivate an expansive network of corporate journalists, economic editors, real estate columnists, and lifestyle influencers.Draft and distribute premium corporate press releases, executive speeches, talking points, whitepapers, and corporate statements for local and regional media.Organize corporate media events, roundtable discussions, press conferences, and media site-visits for project updates.Monitor public sentiment, media mentions, and industry news; design proactive crisis communication strategies to mitigate reputational risks.Partner with the CSR team to strategically publicize corporate sustainability initiatives, translating their programs into high-impact media campaigns, press features, and public alignments that position the company as an impactful social and industry leader.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.- Previous Experience: 8-10+ years of public relations and corporate communications experience, ideally with a mix of corporate/agency experience and concrete real estate market exposure in Egypt.
