Job Summary:Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company or lines of business and brands within Intercom in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.Main Roles and Responsibilities: Create and develop guidelines to implement corporate Marketing plan in alignment with corporate strategy.Create and implement marketing strategy by bringing market insights and overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives, both digital & offline to deliver a strong performance for long term growth.Manage proactive media outreach strategies and activities.Develop short and long-term plans for budget recommendations on all the Marketing activities.Analyze reports to forecast opportunities, trends and define market needs and challenges for future planning.Responsible for planning and arranging the marketing related corporate events (customer events, branding events, .... etc.) that will make the desired impact on the targeted audience.Monitor the organizations communications, marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, research and corporate social responsibility activities and the supervision of all printing, publishing, on-line publishing, and research activities.Prepare unified materials for internal and external presentations on strategies, business plans, and management communications.Develop, write, and coordinate the execution of Digital communications, including content management of website and intranet, Social Media, newsletters, etc.Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.Handling all communication channels between management and employees in addition to inventing new channels whenever needed to build and maintain a healthy work environment.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to assess performance, identify corrective action needed and generate recommendations.Develop and implement media outreach plans and create media lists for targeted media campaigns.Enhance corporate identity by Illustrating its main elements (communication, behavior and design), and ensure it is applied consistently throughout the organization through deployment of processes, tools, training, support, and measurement.Enhance customer and stakeholder engagement while ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. Lead and coach a strong team of marketing and digital marketing experts, while ensuring a fit for purpose marketing organization structure.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.Relevant of 13+ Years, preferably in the same ICT Sector.MBA will be an advantage.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.
