We're Hiring | Marketing Manager — FMCG | Cairo, EgyptBlack Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading FMCG company in Egypt to identify an exceptional Marketing Manager to join their team in Cairo.This is a senior role for a commercially sharp, creatively driven marketing professional who has built brands, led campaigns, and delivered results across the full marketing mix.The Role:You will own the brand strategy and marketing execution for a high-profile FMCG portfolio — leading integrated campaigns across digital, events, and brand activations while managing a cross-functional marketing team.What We're Looking For:• 13+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong FMCG background• Proven track record in brand management, campaign strategy, and market positioning• Deep expertise in digital marketing — performance campaigns, social media, content strategy, and analytics• Hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale events and brand activations• Strong command of integrated marketing communications — online and offline• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams• Excellent stakeholder management and agency relationship skills• Based in or willing to relocate to Cairo, EgyptWhat Makes You Stand Out:• Experience with Egypt and/or broader MENA consumer markets• A strong portfolio of campaigns that drove measurable brand and commercial impact• Experience managing media buying, ATL/BTL activations, and influencer programmes• Fluency in Arabic and EnglishIf this sounds like you — or someone in your network — we'd love to hear from you.
