This role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand plans that align with client objectives and market trends. The Marketing Manager (F&B) will oversee content creation, promotional activities, digital and offline marketing initiatives, and coordination with design, sales, and operations teams. Daily tasks involve market research, competitor analysis, performance reporting, budget management, and optimization of campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and F&B partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality customer experiences.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldStrong experience in F&B marketing, including brand management, campaign planning, and promotion within restaurants, cafés, or food retail.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, such as social media management, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.Skills in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to inform data-driven marketing decisions.Ability to create and manage integrated marketing plans, coordinating offline and online activities and working with cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.Demonstrated project management abilities, including budgeting, timeline control, and performance tracking.Previous experience in a managerial marketing role within the F&B or hospitality sector is highly preferred.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
