The Marketing Manager will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to promote Mantaray Digital Solutions’ products and services, increase brand awareness, and support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing digital and offline campaigns, overseeing content and creative assets, coordinating with sales and product teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives. The role also involves managing social media presence, overseeing website and email marketing activities, supporting event and partnership initiatives, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy for technology or software products.Strong digital marketing skills, such as SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance analytics using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.Ability to develop and implement content and creative strategies, including oversight of copywriting, design direction, and marketing collateral for web and print.Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, and budgeting, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing ROI.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across product, sales, and development teams.Strong organizational and project management abilities, including managing timelines, priorities, and multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or growth marketing are an advantage.Previous experience in a software house, technology startup, or B2B services environment is preferred, along with fluency in English and strong business-level communication skills.
