EgyCham is ISO certified in all three business scopes and is accredited by prominent international entities, including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).EgyCham is hiring for Real Estate Development Company "Marketing Manager", located in Sadat City.Role DescriptionDevelop and implement the company's annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives.• Lead branding, positioning, and awareness initiatives across all projects.• Manage lead generation activities and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team.• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, content creation, and performance marketing activities.• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance analysis and reporting.• Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.• Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Real Estate Marketing and Property Development market dynamics.Advanced understanding of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.Strong knowledge of Brand Management, Customer Journey Mapping, and Customer Experience Management. Experience in Marketing Analytics, Campaign Performance Measurement, and ROI Analysis.Strong understanding of market research methodologies and competitor analysis.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.Excellent project management and budget management capabilities.Proven ability to manage external agencies, creative teams, media partners, and vendors.Sadat city or nearby residences are preferred.
