The Marketing Manager Real Estate is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the company's residential and real estate portfolio. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and supporting sales targets for property launches and ongoing developments. The manager oversees campaign execution, product positioning, and market analysis within the competitive Egyptian real estate market to ensure optimal ROI.Responsibilities:Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and launch plans for real estate projects to achieve lead generation and sales conversion goals.Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis within the Egyptian real estate market to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer personas.Collaborate closely with the Sales and Development teams to align marketing campaigns with inventory availability, product positioning, and revenue targets.Oversee the creation of all project-specific marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, renders, signage, and site branding.Direct and monitor offline and local community marketing activations, open days, and real estate exhibition participations.Manage and optimize the project marketing budget, tracking cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) metrics to maximize efficiency.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, specifically within the Egyptian Real Estate developer sector.
