The Marketing Manager “Commercial Mix” is responsible for the strategic marketing, positioning, and foot-traffic generation for the company’s mixed-use assets, commercial strips, retail spaces, corporate offices, sports and educational initiatives. This role blends B2B marketing (to attract premium tenants and investors) with B2C marketing (to drive consumer engagement and footfall to commercial areas). The manager ensures commercial assets are vibrant, highly visible, and financially sustainable through robust marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute integrated marketing strategies for the commercial, retail, sports, education and mixed-use property portfolio to drive high asset occupancy and footfall.Develop B2B marketing campaigns targeted at retail brands, corporate entities, and institutional investors for leasing and sales opportunities.Design B2C traffic-driving strategies, community engagement programs, and retail center seasonal campaigns to support operating tenants.Coordinate with the Property Management and Tenant Relations teams to align marketing calendars with mall or commercial asset milestones.Monitor market and consumer trends across premium commercial developments in Egypt to maintain a highly competitive brand positioning, while managing sports and educational initiatives upon projects assignments.Track and optimize commercial marketing budgets, reporting on campaign outcomes, consumer footfall indices, and tenant satisfaction.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous Experience:8- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on mixed-use, retail centers, malls, or commercial real estate developments.- Special requirements:Strong expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing methodologies.Strategic understanding of commercial asset management, retail lease lifecycles, and consumer dynamics covering: Retail, Offices, Sports and Education variety of projects.
