Our team is focused on excellence, ownership, and delivering real success for clients in competitive markets.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects across different client accounts.The role requires someone who can coordinate between clients, strategy, performance, creative, and content teams to make sure projects are delivered on time, aligned with marketing goals, and executed to a high standard.This position is ideal for someone who understands how marketing projects move from strategy to execution, can keep multiple stakeholders aligned, and is comfortable managing timelines, follow-ups, approvals, budgets, and day-to-day client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects.Translate client requests, business objectives, and strategic directions into clear internal briefs and actionable tasks.Coordinate between performance marketing, creative, content, strategy, and account teams.Manage project timelines, deadlines, follow-ups, approvals, and blockers.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.Support budget tracking and resource allocation when needed.Keep project updates, task statuses, and documentation properly maintained on company tools.Prepare or coordinate weekly/monthly updates, reports, and project summaries.Capture, clarify, document, and communicate client feedback accurately.Ensure strategic directions are clearly understood and executed by the team.Maintain visibility across assigned accounts and keep stakeholders aligned.Help improve internal workflows, templates, checklists, and communication standards.Ensure all communication is professional, structured, and action-oriented.
