Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Team Lead located in Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Team Lead will oversee and guide the marketing team in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include managing and leading team members, setting goals, coordinating campaigns, developing sales strategies, and ensuring efficient communication within the team and with stakeholders. The Marketing Team Lead is expected to drive results through effective leadership and innovative solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to oversee and motivate team members effectively.Strong Communication skills to facilitate collaboration, provide clear direction, and maintain transparency within the team and external stakeholders.In-depth knowledge and experience in Marketing strategies and successful campaign execution.Sales skills with an understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies to meet business objectives.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify growth opportunities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics software is a plus.Previous experience in a similar role in the digital solutions or marketing industry is advantageous.
