Job Purpose / MissionLead and govern master data management activities within SAP to ensure high-quality, accurate, and standardized data across Supply Chain operations. Support business performance by managing product lifecycle data, enforcing governance rules, and optimizing SAP master data processes.Key Responsibilities SAP Master Data ManagementCreate, update, and maintain master data in SAP.Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance of all SAP master data.Manage full lifecycle of materials including creation, extension and flagging for deletion. Data Governance & QualityDefine and enforce SAP master data governance rules and standards aligned with global/regional policies.Monitor and improve data quality using KPIs and reportsPerform regular data audits and lead corrective actions. Change Management & Product LifecycleManage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) within SAP.Coordinate material and product updates across lifecycle stages. Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.Coordinate SAP data updates between plant and regional/global stakeholders.Act as focal point for all SAP master data topics. SAP Process OptimizationImprove SAP master data workflows and processes.Support SAP enhancements, rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.Ensure proper integration across SAP modules (MM, PP, SD). Reporting & Performance TrackingDevelop and maintain SAP-based reports and dashboards (Excel / Tableau ).Track data quality KPIs and operational efficiency metrics.Analyze root causes for data inconsistencies and drive solutions. Training & SupportAct as SAP Key User for master data processes.Train and support end users on SAP master data entry and governance rules.Develop user guidelines and documentation.
