The Offer Marketing Manager MEA is responsible for developing, adapting, and activating a compelling offer portfolio for the Middle East & Africa region for LK Brand.The role bridges global offer strategy and local market needs, ensuring offers are customer‑centric, competitive, value‑based, and effectively commercialized to drive revenue growth, cross‑selling, and market share.Key Responsibilities Offer Strategy & Portfolio Management:Own the MEA offer portfolio for LK, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regional growth priorities.Define offer positioning, as Medium Offer pricing logic, bundling, and opportunities for cross selling.Identify white spaces and gaps in the offer portfolio based on market, customer, and competitor insights. Market & Customer Insights:Conduct continuous market intelligence on customer needs, industry trends, competitor offers, and regulatory requirements across MEA.Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Offer Marketing teams based out of India.Use insights to shape business cases for new offers or enhancements. Commercial Enablement & Sales Activation:Develop sales-ready value propositions, including:Offer narrativesCustomer value casesUse cases and reference storiesEquip Sales with tools and materials (pitch decks, playbooks, calculators, FAQs).Support cross-selling and solution selling by creating bundled offers and integrated propositions.Partner with Sales Excellence to ensure adoption in the field. Go‑to‑Market & Launch ManagementLead MEA go‑to‑market plans for new and existing offers.Lead MEA to launch Solar & Agri offerCoordinate offer launches end‑to‑end: messaging, segmentation, channels, sales readiness, and timing.Track performance post‑launch and continuously optimize based on results.Stakeholder & Matrix CollaborationAct as the MEA interface between:LK Product Marketing TeamLK R &D / OperationsRegional Sales MEA Strategy & IO Strategy Teams Performance Tracking & Continuous ImprovementDefine and monitor offer KPIs (adoption, pipeline contribution, revenue, margin).Run regular reviews to refine offers, pricing, and messaging.Share best practices and success stories across the region.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.MBA in Marketing, Business, or any related field.10 to 15 years experience in:Offer marketing / product marketing / commercial strategyB2B environment, ideally in [Medium Offer / Value Brand]Proven experience in regional or multi-country role, preferably MEAStrong understanding of LVP, FD offersKey competenciesStrong customer and market orientationStrategic thinking with hands‑on execution capabilityExcellent communication and storytelling skillsCommercial acumen and pricing understandingStakeholder management & influenceAnalytical mindset with data‑driven decision makingCultural awareness and adaptability across MEALet us learn about you!
