Key Responsibilities:Review RFQs, mechanical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.Prepare technical clarifications and identify missing design inputs.Prepare mechanical design concepts and technical solutions.Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, compliance sheets, and offer documentation.Support sizing and selection of:HVAC systemsVentilation systemsExhaust and fresh air systemsChilled water and DX systemsFirefighting and fire suppression systemsPlumbing and drainage systemsPerform cooling load calculations and mechanical system sizing.Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical and commercial offers.Support value engineering to optimize cost, efficiency, and maintainability.Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers.Review mechanical layouts and ensure compliance with project requirements.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–7 years of experience in mechanical design, technical office, or presales roles.Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Good understanding of cooling load calculations and mechanical design principles.Ability to read and review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Good command of English, especially technical writing.Good experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of HAP, Revit, or similar software is a plus.Preferred Experience:Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.Experience with HVAC and firefighting systems design.Familiarity with value engineering and cost optimization.Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.( HR@unipower-egypt.com )
