Mechanical Site Team Leader

ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and coordinate mechanical site teams (technicians, fitters, welders, etc.).Ensure proper installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting.Interpret and implement mechanical drawings, specifications, and site instructions.Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site disciplines to maintain smooth workflow and avoid conflicts.Ensure all mechanical work complies with project specifications, safety rules, and quality standards.Assist in daily task planning, manpower allocation, and progress monitoring.Inspect completed work and ensure it meets quality requirements before inspections or handovers.Report delays, issues, and technical problems to site engineers or project management.Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and in proper working condition.Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety awareness among team members.Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities when require.RequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical works within construction projects.Proven experience in supervising mechanical installations and leading site teams.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and installation methods.Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site instructions.Basic knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus
