In this role, you will be fully responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns from the ground up across top-tier digital platforms. Your primary focus will be to maximize $ROI$/$ROAS$, manage budgets efficiently, analyze live data, and implement technical integrations to ensure our marketing and business objectives are met with precision.Preference will be given to candidates who possess a strong background in the E-commerce sector, specifically within Digital Card Stores (e.g., gaming cards, gift cards, software subscriptions, and telecom vouchers).Key Responsibilities:Campaign Launch & Execution: Set up, launch, and manage advanced paid advertising campaigns from scratch, utilizing precise audience targeting and segmentation across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).WhatsApp API Integration & Funnels: Implement and optimize conversational marketing funnels and lead generation/sales campaigns utilizing WhatsApp API to drive customer engagement and boost conversion rates.Niche Campaign Optimization: Leverage specific industry insights to target digital card consumers, focusing on high-frequency buying behaviors, seasonal gaming/gifting trends, and localized promotions.Budget Management & Optimization: Strategically allocate and manage daily/monthly ad spends across multiple channels, constantly optimizing bids to achieve the lowest possible $CPA$, $CPLSplit$, and highest $ROAS$.Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily, track key performance indicators ($KPIs$), and generate comprehensive data-driven reports with actionable insights for internal teams and management.A/B Testing: Design and execute continuous A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, hooks, audience segments, and landing pages to identify winning variations and scale performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative teams (designers/copywriters) and account managers to ensure all ad creatives align with platform policies, brand guidelines, and high-converting marketing angles.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer, preferably within a fast-paced marketing agency or an E-commerce environment.Industry Preference: Prior hands-on experience in media buying for Digital Card Stores (Gaming vouchers, iTunes/Google Play gift cards, PlayStation/Xbox Network cards, etc.) is highly preferred and considered a major asset.Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on technical knowledge of:Meta Ads ManagerTikTok Ads ManagerSnapchat Ads ManagerGoogle Ads DashboardSetup and workflows of WhatsApp Business API.Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with tracking setups, including Pixels, Google Tag Manager ($GTM$), and Conversions API ($CAPI$) to ensure accurate data attribution and prevent tracking loss.Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear growth strategies using tools like Google Analytics (GA4).Time Management: Ability to multi-task, juggle multiple campaign types simultaneously, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience backed by a strong portfolio).Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.Note to Applicants: Please include a portfolio, case studies, or proof of past campaign results—especially any related to digital products or E-commerce stores (showing ad spend and managed $ROAS$/$ROI$)—along with your CV.
