Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive measurable results.Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (TikTok, Facebook & Instagram), Google & LinkedIn Ads, and others.Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve targeting strategies.Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance.Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and platform updates. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years of experience in media buying or digital advertising.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience working in an agency environment.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar.Background in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
