Job Purpose:Manage Media activities and ensure e& brand is widely exposed through diversified advertisements to ensure delivering the highest quality standard of communication. Job Description:Review the Advertising brief as received from Marcom Team, and give recommendations if needed, align the required Media channels, frequency and release dates, in order to communicate it to all stakeholders.Align the requests requirements and follow up with Marketing Segments, Project Management to communicate to the agency.Create Memo & "PRs" Purchase Requests for the required monthly expenditure in order to release payment throughout the month.Review TV's viewership, Radio's listenership, and Newspaper's Readership, in order to determine the most adequate Media Channel to advertise on according to the target segment and follow up production with the agency to ensure meeting deadlines.Review received invoices and in order to update the actualization sheet, issue "ROP" Release of Payment and attach required documents in order to process and release the required payments.Exchange with the agency the required data to receive & review the "Media Reviews" as from the agency in order to evaluate the advertisements success and to monitor competitor's performance.Attend focus groups & Concept Tests to generate insights regarding the Media activitiesReview advertisements Post Assessments in ensure the advertisements KPIs we met.Update Brand & Ad Tracker with the Research and Intelligence team to evaluate Media activities and recommend new market moves in order to grant top management approvals to circulate the tracker on the stakeholdersSupervise team performance through coaching and work results management to enhance team capabilitiesLeading relationships with media agencies to ensure media strategies, planning, and buying align with company goals.Defining the overall media mix, budgeting, and performance KPIs across traditional (TV, print) and digital channelsStaying current with media trends and technologies to inform internal stakeholders and improve future planning Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a similar fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in Media & CommunicationPreferable experience with TV and digital Media
