Job Title: Medical Device Sales SpecialistOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and drive revenue growth will be essential.Responsibilities:· Sales and Business Development:o Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.o Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.o Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies.· Relationship Building:o Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.o Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.o Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your network.· Market Intelligence:o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.o Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.o Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team.· Sales Reporting and Forecasting:o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales or clinical support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Basic understanding of medical devices, operating room protocols, and hospital purchasing processes.
