The person in this position will promote and sell medical insurance products, identify client needs, and present tailored insurance solutions from partner companies. Daily tasks include prospecting and building a pipeline of potential clients, conducting needs assessments, explaining coverage options, exclusions, and benefits in clear terms.QualificationsAt least 2 years experience in B2B sales field Proven sales and negotiation skills in insurance or financial services, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals ethically.Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic, with strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, insurers, and internal teams.Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, follow up on documentation, and meet deadlines.prior experience in medical insurance or insurance brokerage is an advantage.
