Medical Marketing Specialist – Dermatology / Dermo-Cosmetics📍 Cairo, EgyptAbout Rederma LaboratoriesRederma Laboratories is a fast-growing dermo-cosmetic and dermatology company focused on delivering science-backed, formulation-driven products tailored to real consumer and dermatologist needs.Our ambition is to build a strong regional dermo-cosmetic brand across MENA through high-performance formulations, medical credibility, and strong commercial execution across pharmacies, dermatologists, and digital channels.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Medical Marketing Specialist to support the medical and commercial growth of Rederma across dermatology and pharmacy channels.The role combines medical communication, scientific content development, product training, competitor intelligence, detailing cycle support, and launch execution. The ideal candidate should understand how to transform scientific information into clear, credible, and commercially impactful communication for dermatologists, pharmacists, medical representatives, and consumers.This role works cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, Digital, Regulatory, Sales, and Design teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scientifically credible and commercially effective marketing materials, including detail aids, visual aids, brochures, product presentations, training materials, LinkedIn medical content, and educational content tailored for healthcare professionals (HCPs).Support the development and execution of medical detailing cycles and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, launch objectives, seasonality, and overall commercial goals.Assist in defining key medical messages, including product focus areas, doctor targeting priorities, and the development of promotional materials for each cycle.Collaborate closely with Medical and Commercial teams to monitor field feedback and continuously optimise communication effectiveness.Prepare and deliver product and scientific training sessions for medical representatives, commercial teams, and promoters when required.Support product launches by coordinating medical claims, scientific messaging, product positioning, competitive differentiation, and the development of launch support materials.Ensure medical accuracy, scientific consistency, and full regulatory compliance across all marketing and educational materials.Coordinate cross-functionally with the Regulatory, Design, Medical, Sales/Commercial, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.Conduct competitor monitoring and market analysis within the dermatology and dermo-cosmetic space, including competitor claims, ingredients, positioning, pricing, launch activities, and overall market trends.Support medical events, dermatology activities, conferences, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement initiatives.Contribute to the development of scientifically aligned digital and social media content, particularly for LinkedIn and educational campaigns.Support the creation of doctor-focused educational materials, including treatment routines and regimen communication.Stay continuously updated on dermatology, skincare, haircare, ingredients, and dermo-cosmetic market trends to ensure relevance and innovation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or a relevant scientific field2–5 years of experience in medical marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, or dermo-cosmetic marketingExperience in dermatology, skincare, haircare, or OTC categories is highly preferredStrong understanding of medical detailing and doctor communication strategiesStrong scientific writing and presentation skillsAbility to simplify scientific information into impactful marketing communicationExperience working with medical representatives and healthcare professionalsGood understanding of digital marketing and social media content within healthcare or beauty categoriesStrong coordination and project management skillsVery good English and Arabic communication skillsWhat We’re Looking ForScientifically credibleCommercially awareDetail-orientedFast-moving and proactiveAble to balance medical accuracy with impactful marketing communicationPassionate about dermatology, skincare, and consumer-driven innovationTo ApplySend your CV to nada.shendy@rederma.com
