We move fast, test, learn, and scale what works.This role is for someone who wants to be part of building a brand from the ground up — with real exposure across digital, medical, and commercial channels.We focus on what drives real sell-out — from doctor recommendation to pharmacy conversion to consumer repeat.Role OverviewThis is a hands-on role focused on driving execution and real market impact across multiple marketing channels.You will work closely with Commercial and Medical teams to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively across digital, CRM, content, and trade — supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution & Team CoordinationCoordinate daily marketing activities across digital, CRM, content, and design Ensure timely and high-quality execution across all channels Track progress and follow through on deliverables Digital Marketing SupportWork with digital team on campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon Monitor performance and support optimization (ROAS, conversions) Ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities CRM & Customer LifecycleSupport CRM activities (lead management, follow-ups, retention) Ensure proper tracking and use of customer data Coordinate with CRM team to improve conversion and repeat purchase Campaign ExecutionCoordinate campaigns across digital, medical, and trade channels Align with sales activities and product priorities Support rollout of promotions and seasonal campaigns Social Media & ContentManage content calendar and posting schedule Coordinate with designers and content creators Ensure consistency with brand guidelines Trade & Activation SupportCoordinate promoters, activations, and in-store visibility Work with sales team to ensure execution in key accounts Medical Marketing CoordinationWork with medical team to adapt medically validated content into marketing communication Ensure all communication aligns with approved product claims Product Launch SupportSupport execution of new product launches across channels Ensure readiness of content, campaigns, and trade materials Performance TrackingTrack KPIs across campaigns and activities Provide clear, action-oriented updates Highlight gaps and follow up on improvements Profile3–5 years experience in marketing (dermo-cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG preferred) Strong exposure to digital marketing and social media Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces (Amazon is a plus) Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in regulated categories is a plus What We’re Looking ForStrong execution mindset (“gets things done”) Good coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through Comfortable working under direction and within a team Why Join UsExposure to full marketing scope (digital, CRM, medical, trade) High-growth environment with real business impact Opportunity to grow into broader marketing responsibilities over time Important NoteThis role is focused on execution excellence and coordination, with strong exposure to multiple marketing functions under senior leadership.ApplicationSend your CV to: nada.shendy@rederma.com
