We are looking for a skilled Officer - User Acceptance Test will be responsible for executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, including functional testing, integration, and user acceptance testing for all MedNet Systems encompassing both project-based and continuous development enhancements changes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvements throughout the development life cycle and collaborate with MedNet PMO to manage the scope and quality of the deliverables within the agreed timelines.Your JobWork closely with Functional Business Owners to become a comprehensive expert in MedNet systems and underlying business logic.Analyse and validate use cases, user stories, and requirements to ensure they are complete, accurate, and testable.Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, including functional testing, integration, and user acceptance testing.Identify and document any gaps, ambiguities, or inconsistencies with the approved business requirements or solution design.Test the user interface (UI) for usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.Ensure the software meets the defined quality standards and user expectations.Effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to the Team Leader – User Acceptance Test, Project Manager, and IT team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, designers) to ensure successful CR and solution delivery.Assist in the development of UAT planning and execution, consistently tracking UAT activities and progress against defined timelines.Documenting as per PMO standard Test cases traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.Contribute as required to business requirements elicitation activities, project progress meetings, and report creation.Your ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in an operational role within the healthcare or insurance industry.Strong understanding of core operational processes within the healthcare/insurance domain, including [claims processing lifecycle, policy management]Experience in reviewing and implementing business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and quality standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on data quality and process integrity.Excellent command of the English language.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage dependencies effectively.Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Manage Engine, Service Desk, Smartsheet)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
