We are looking for a skilled Solutions Developer who is responsible for identifying and automating eligible processes through RPA/AI agents, including the maintenance of the bots/Agents. She/he is part of a Center of Competence based in MedNet Egypt serving all MedNet Group entities in the region.Your Role:Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and Copilot studio to automate eligible processes to automate repetitive, rule-based processes and implement automation solutionsDevelop and maintain Automation workflows, including process mapping, object identification, and scripting.Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of automation solutions.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for automation implementations.Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and best practices, and support Automation initiativesWork closely with process owners in All MedNet Group entities to understand business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and ensure successful implementation of Automation solutionsCoordinate with IT teams in the respective MedNet entities to ensure compatibility and integration of automation solutions with existing systems Communicate effectively with business stakeholders in all MedNet entities to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concernsMake decisions regarding project scope and changes, in consultation with the business stakeholder and the team leaderIdentify and troubleshoot issues related to automation implementations, seeking assistance from the team leader as neededMake decisions regarding solutions to technical challenges, within the framework set by the team leaderCollaborate effectively with the stakeholdersYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in RPA/Automation developmentStrong proficiency in RPA development using Power Automate, including process mapping, object identification, and scripting.Knowledge of using Copilot Studio.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRPA DevelopmentProblem-Solving and Technical TroubleshootingCommunicateAnalytical ThinkingAttention to DetailTime Management
