FLO Clinics is designed for clinic owners, administrators, doctors, reception, and accounting staff, helping them work more efficiently and collaboratively.Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. This role involves promoting and demonstrating FLO Clinics’ platform to medical practices, clinics, and healthcare professionals, with a focus on understanding their operational needs and matching them to appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product presentations, managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and following up to close new business. The Medical Sales Representative will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide product training and basic support, and gather feedback to inform product and marketing teams. The role also includes attending industry events, monitoring market trends and competitors, and regularly reporting on sales activities and targets.Qualifications Strong Medical Sales skills with a proven ability to identify prospects, manage a sales funnel, and close deals in healthcare or clinic-related environments.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear presentation abilities, and a consultative approach to client interactions.Foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to understand clinical workflows, terminology, and stakeholder needs.Ability to learn and explain software platforms, with comfort in conducting product demos and training sessions.Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with strong time management and territory planning skills.Experience in medical technology, health IT, or clinic management solutions is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to prepare professional written materials and sales documentation.
