Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Membership Sales Representative. The Membership Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective club members, conducting tours of the facility, explaining membership benefits, and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include achieving membership sales targets, maintaining relationships with members, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Collaborating with the internal team to implement sales strategies and organizing promotional events to increase membership will also be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in sales techniques and understanding of customer acquisition strategiesAbility to engage with diverse individuals and provide excellent customer serviceOrganizational skills and attention to detail for membership follow-up and data entryFamiliarity with CRM systems or other membership management tools is a plusA passion for sports and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestylesPrevious experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer-focused role is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
