Water Flow Contracting is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that drives success and growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP BIM Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt.The MEP BIM Engineer will be responsible for :- Build the 3D BIM models of MEP services using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD as well.- Preparation of design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams.- Preparation of MIDP schedules and sheet lists.- Developing and applying Revit templates and families.- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.- Adhere to the schedule and follow BIM content standards and development procedures.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Mech. \ Elec. Engineering.- 2:5 years of experience.
