The company is rooted in innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, making it a prominent player in the region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser position based in El Zagazig or Al Mansoura. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring proper stock levels, collaborating with the sales team to help achieve targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include monitoring market trends, ensuring product availability, and maintaining brand alignment and visual merchandising standards.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build positive relationships and address client needs effectively.Sales and Retail experience, with a focus on achieving performance targets and managing in-store product displays.Marketing skills, including understanding market trends and aligning with brand guidelines to enhance product visibility.Proven ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.Familiarity with the water solutions industry or experience in working with similar products is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are advantageous.
