Job SummaryAn experienced Scrum Master with 4+ years of proven experience in agile project management(understanding of payment solutions a plus).The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum process is adhered to helpingteams to improve their workflow and collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality softwaresolutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog and define clear sprint goals.Assist in removing impediments that block the team’s progress and ensure the team can operate smoothly.Guide teams in self-organization and fostering an agile mindset.Monitor and report on the progress of sprint goals and ensure successful sprint completion.Maintain a healthy team dynamic, promoting collaboration and addressing conflicts.Ensure that user stories are clearly defined and estimated properly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and DevOps to improve process efficiency.Track, manage, and communicate sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.Coach the team to adopt best practices in Agile and Scrum frameworks.Continuously look for ways to improve team performance and processes.Required SkillsExperience in payment solutions or the financial technology (FinTech) industry is highly preferred.Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their implementation.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management software.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Other PreferencesCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.Understanding of software development practices, especially in payment gateways, transaction processing, or digital wallets.Experience in coaching teams through digital transformation and adoption of Agile methodologies.Required experience and educational backgroundRequirements4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
