About The RoleWe're looking for a passionate and creative Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join Robusta, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product we design is both functional and delightful.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain pointsTranslate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutionsDesign consistent, scalable UI components and design systemsEnsure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standardsWork with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementationStay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologiesMentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the teamRequirements3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product designStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (from research to final visuals)Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch)Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction designExperience working on both web and mobile platformsKnowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practicesExcellent English and communication skillsFamiliarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plusExperience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage
