Long DescriptionRole SummaryCapgemini is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design functional solutions, and support the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Power Platform.This role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a consulting mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Consulting & Solution DesignGather, analyze, and document business requirements through client workshops and stakeholder interviewsTranslate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs within Dynamics 365 CEDesign end‑to‑end CRM solutions aligned with best practices and Microsoft standardsConfigure Dynamics 365 modules including:SalesCustomer ServiceMarketingField Service (if applicable)System Configuration & DeliveryPerform system configuration including:Entities / TablesBusiness RulesBusiness Process FlowsForms, Views, Dashboards, and ChartsCollaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and Power Platform solutionsSupport data migration, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)Client Engagement & SupportAct as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycleProvide functional leadership during implementation and post‑go‑live phasesConduct end‑user training sessions and prepare training materialsSupport change management and adoption activitiesDocumentation & GovernanceCreate and maintain functional documentation including:Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Design Documents (FDD)User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaEnsure solutions comply with Capgemini delivery standards and quality frameworksExperienceRequired QualificationsExperience as a Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional ConsultantHands‑on experience with at least one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CE implementationExperience working in a consulting environment is highly preferredTechnical / Functional SkillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture and capabilitiesSolid understanding of:Business processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI – functional level)Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, and CRM configurationFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologiesSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business languageExcellent problem‑solving and analytical skillsClient‑focused mindset with strong presentation abilities
