Long DescriptionCapgemini is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement high‑quality CRM solutions as part of our Microsoft Business Applications practice. The role involves working closely with functional consultants and clients to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.The developer will be responsible for custom development, integrations, and extending Dynamics 365 using the Power Platform and Azure services.Key ResponsibilitiesDynamics 365 DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain custom solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CEImplement customizations including:Plugins (C#)Custom workflowsJavaScript (Client‑side scripting)Custom APIs and actionsDevelop and customize:Entities / TablesForms, Views, DashboardsBusiness Process FlowsPower Platform & ExtensionsDevelop Power Platform components including:Power Apps (Model‑driven and Canvas – as required)Power Automate flowsImplement security roles, field‑level security, and access controlSupport Power BI integrations from Dynamics 365 data sourcesIntegrations & DataDevelop and support integrations with external systems using:Web APIs (REST / OData)Azure Logic Apps / Azure FunctionsService Bus (nice to have)Participate in data migration activities using tools such as:Data Import WizardKingswaySoft / SSIS (preferred)Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with functional consultants to translate functional designs into technical solutionsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesSupport testing phases (SIT, UAT) and production deploymentsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environmentsDocumentation & Best PracticesCreate and maintain technical design documentsFollow Capgemini development standards and Microsoft best practicesEnsure solution quality, performance optimization, and maintainabilityExperienceRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CEHands‑on experience with at least one end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 implementationExperience working within a consulting or project‑based delivery modelTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in:C# / .NETJavaScriptDynamics 365 SDK and Web APISolid understanding of:Dynamics 365 solution architecturePower Platform development conceptsFamiliarity with:Azure DevOpsCI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
