Job Purpose:The MSC - Timken - will leverage strong understanding of our offerings and exceptional communication skills to build relationships with customers, identify sales opportunities, and exceed sales targets for all assigned brands. This position requires a proven track record of success in B2B sales, the ability to adapt to different product lines, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.Duties And Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's entire product portfolio, understanding the unique value propositions and target markets for each brand.Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay up to date on industry trends across all relevant brands.Prospecting, qualify, and develop leads for multiple product lines, tailoring sales pitches to specific customer needs and brand offerings.Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers across different brands.Negotiating and closing sales deals for products within the assigned brand portfolio.Developing and managing sales forecasts for each brand, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively for all brands.Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to different brands and customer needs.Tracking and analysing sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all assigned brands.Participating in sales training programs to stay up to date on new products, sales methodologies, and best practices.Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the assigned brand portfolio.May be required to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.Qualifications:B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical.Electrical Engineering ,..)Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Experience in selling multiple product lines or brands (a plus).
