MV/LV Channel Manager

Onaelectric Industries is looking for an experienced MV/LV Channel Manager to join our Sales Department and lead the growth of our Medium Voltage and Low Voltage business through strong sales channels, strategic partners, and market relationships.The role will carry strong commercial and sales leadership responsibilities, including channel development, sales strategy, team guidance, project pipeline ownership, product approvals, profitability control, and business growth for Onaelectric Industries’ MV/LV electrical distribution solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the MV/LV sales and channel strategy in line with company business objectives.Own channel sales targets, order intake, revenue growth, gross margin, forecasts, CRM updates, and regular reports to management.Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans, budgets, growth targets, and market expansion plans.Develop and manage MV/LV sales channels, distributors, panel builders, contractors, and strategic partners.Lead key commercial negotiations with major clients, contractors, EPCs, consultants, utilities, developers, and industrial accounts.Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC companies, developers, industrial clients, utilities, and key accounts.Promote Onaelectric Industries’ MV switchgear, RMUs, LV panels, compact substations, transformers, and related solutions.Support product approvals, vendor registration, prequalification, technical submittals, and specification activities.Manage partner onboarding, partner performance, territories, sales activities, quotations, negotiations, and project follow-up.Set commercial guidelines for pricing strategy, margin control, discount levels, payment terms, credit limits, and collection follow-up in coordination with management.Review major offers, commercial proposals, contracts, and strategic opportunities to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Coordinate with technical, estimation, production, planning, projects, finance, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.Manage channel conflicts and ensure clear coordination between partners, direct sales, and internal teams.Guide, support, and evaluate sales engineers/account managers involved in MV/LV channel activities.Monitor sales team performance, customer visits, quotation follow-up, project pipeline, and closing plans.Organize partner training, consultant presentations, factory visits, and product awareness activities.Monitor competitor activity, market opportunities, customer feedback, pricing trends, and new business potential.Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery and support long-term partner development across Egypt and regional markets.Provide management with market insights, sales performance analysis, business risks, and growth recommendations.Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.7+ years of experience in MV/LV sales, channel sales, commercial management, or business development.Previous experience in sales leadership, channel management, or commercial management is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of MV switchgear, RMUs, LV panels, compact substations, transformers, and electrical distribution systems.Strong network with contractors, consultants, distributors, panel builders, EPCs, utilities, developers, or industrial clients.Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, communication, reporting, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage sales targets, teams, partners, project pipelines, pricing, and profitability.English proficiency.
