MV/LV Pre-Sales Engineer Onaelectric Industries is looking for an experienced MV/LV Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Sales Department and support the growth of our Medium Voltage and Low Voltage electrical distribution business.The role will be responsible for leading the technical pre-sales activities, preparing competitive technical and commercial offers, supporting consultants and clients, and coordinating with sales, engineering, estimation, production, and project teams to ensure high-quality proposals and successful project conversion.Key Responsibilities:Lead pre-sales activities for MV/LV electrical distribution solutions, including MV switchgear, RMUs, LV panels, compact substations, transformers, and related products.Study project requirements, specifications, drawings, BOQs, tender documents, and client requirements.Prepare technical offers, compliance sheets, deviations lists, technical submittals, and proposal documents.Coordinate with sales teams to support quotations, tenders, technical clarifications, and client meetings.Review and validate product selection, configurations, ratings, quantities, and technical solutions.Support product approvals, vendor registration, prequalification, and consultant specification activities.Coordinate with estimation, design, production, planning, projects, procurement, and finance teams to prepare accurate and competitive offers.Support pricing, cost estimation, margin review, and commercial proposal preparation in coordination with management.Attend technical meetings with consultants, contractors, developers, EPCs, utilities, and industrial clients.Provide technical presentations, product comparisons, and solution recommendations to clients and partners.Follow up on technical clarifications, comments, revisions, and tender addendums until final submission.Support value engineering to improve competitiveness while maintaining compliance with project requirements.Monitor competitor technical offerings, market requirements, and customer feedback.Ensure proper handover of awarded projects to engineering and execution teams.Maintain proposal records, tender status, technical documents, and reporting updates.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.1-5 years of experience in pre-sales, tendering, estimation, technical sales, or electrical panel/switchgear solutions.Strong knowledge of MV switchgear, RMUs, LV panels, compact substations, transformers, protection systems, and electrical distribution systems.Good understanding of technical specifications, IEC standards, compliance sheets, SLDs, BOQs, and tender documents.Experience with contractors, consultants, EPCs, utilities, industrial clients, or infrastructure projects is preferred.Strong technical, analytical, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders and deadlines.English proficiency.
