Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant based in Cairo. The role involves guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying process, delivering exceptional customer service, and demonstrating expertise in new home sales. Responsibilities include building rapport with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales terms, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market, including current offerings and trends. The consultant will also collaborate with the sales team and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company objectives. Qualifications Proven skills in New Home Sales and general Sales, with a results-driven approachStrong abilities in Customer Service and client relationship managementProficiency in Negotiation and the ability to close deals effectivelyExperience in providing or receiving ongoing Training to enhance team performanceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skillsStrong knowledge of the Cairo real estate market and emerging trends is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredWillingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
