This role requires a hands-on change management professional who can drive business engagement, stakeholder alignment, communications, training coordination, and user readiness to support the successful adoption of new SAP processes and ways of working.The successful candidate will work closely with business teams, functional leads, and the central program team to ensure the organization is fully prepared for cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-implementation adoption.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the OCM workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-outDevelop and execute the change management strategy aligned with the overall project planAssess business impacts and lead stakeholder mapping, engagement, and alignment activitiesDrive communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging across impacted teamsCoordinate training plans, training material development, and user readiness activities with functional leadsSupport business readiness assessments and monitor adoption risks throughout the project lifecyclePartner with project leadership and business stakeholders to manage resistance and promote organizational engagementSupport cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization activities from a people, change, and adoption perspectiveTrack OCM risks, issues, dependencies, and progress, escalating where requiredProvide regular reporting on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication effectiveness, and training statusRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldCertification in Change Management (such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) is highly preferredSAP Activate or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), preferably within SAP implementation or enterprise transformation programsMinimum 2 years of experience leading change management workstreams or teamsProven experience supporting at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out projectExperience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is highly preferredMust-Have RequirementsProven hands-on experience leading Organizational Change Management activities in SAP implementation or SAP template roll-out programsStrong experience in stakeholder engagement, change communications, training coordination, and business readiness planningExperience conducting change impact assessments and developing change management strategiesAbility to work effectively with business users, project teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience supporting organizational change across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and other enterprise functionsExperience supporting training, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and user adoption activitiesStrong organizational, planning, coordination, and execution skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced project environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenGood-to-Have RequirementsExperience in FMCG industry environmentsExperience in global SAP template roll-out or enterprise transformation programsFamiliarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)Experience working across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and other business functionsExposure to user adoption metrics, change readiness assessments, and organizational maturity reportingExperience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programsProsci, ADKAR, SAP Activate, or other relevant change management certifications
