Roles and Responsibilities: Performing a variety of Organization Development tasks such as developing and updating Job Descriptions, Market Salary research, and following up on the performance Evaluation process Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptionSet jobs general objectives, designing and drafting Key Performance IndicatorsCreating organizational chart / follow up on the needed modificationsDevelop & update HR Policies & procedures in the light of law, regulations & HR best practices Design & develop HR forms used in policiesOrganize, perform annual employee performance reviewsResponsible for analyzing performance appraisal results and submitting periodic and adequate reports to the HR managerDeveloping and evaluating the annual performance evaluations, reporting, and feedback Identifying training needs (TNA) by evaluating strengths and weaknesses driven from PMS sheets, that will excel employees for the next step of their career path Building annual training program plans as per the budget approvedConduct after training follow up process to assure the efficiency of training whether internal or externalJob requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related fieldEnglish language proficiency (B2)Experience: 2-3 years in the OD function is a mustHR diploma is a plusExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience is the BPO is preferableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
