We're seeking a Manufacturing Production Scheduler to orchestrate our production processes and ensure seamless delivery of customer projects.Job SummaryThe Planning Senior Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and monitoring production plans to ensure efficient utilization of resources and on-time delivery of products. The role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and drives planning performance through effective KPI management.`Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & SchedulingPrepare and issue weekly production schedules for assembly lines aligned with capacity, demand, and material availability. Also ensure optimal sequencing and balancing of production lines to meet customer requirements.Update plans based on real-time changes in demand, supply constraints, or operational issues.HPS (Healthy Production Start) LeadershipLead the Healthy Production Start (HPS) process by coordinating with all functions (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Project management and etc.).Ensure all prerequisites (materials, manpower, documentation) are available prior to production start.Identify and mitigate risks that may affect production readiness.Milestone Tracking & Follow-UpMonitor and follow up on all production and project milestones to ensure they are on track.
