Oversee and manage the daily office operations efficiently.Supervise administrative activities and ensure smooth workflow.Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records in coordination with the HR department.Organize meetings, schedules, and prepare meeting rooms.Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and office communications.Monitor office supplies and handle purchasing requests.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance service providers.Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.Prepare periodic administrative reports for senior management.Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.Provide administrative support to different departments.Supervise receptionists, office assistants, and administrative staff when applicable.Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented within the office.Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation when needed.Follow up on office contracts, licenses, and renewals. Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Strong coordination and follow-up skills.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.3–7 years of experience in office administration or office management.Good command of English is preferred.
