Tagaddod is looking for a proactive and results-driven On-Ground Sales Representative based in Cairo. You will be the face of our company on the ground, responsible for promoting our innovative waste management solutions to clients across the city. Your role will be crucial in expanding Tagaddod's presence and contributing to our mission of creating sustainable environmental impact.In this position, you will engage directly with potential customers, explain product benefits, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients and businesses in the Cairo areaPresent and effectively communicate Tagaddod's services and value propositionDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referralsWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market expansionKeep updated on market trends and competitor activities and report observations to the management teamAchieve or surpass sales targets and contribute to overall company growthAccurately document sales activities and client interactionsRequirementsExperience in on-ground sales or equivalent customer-facing rolesStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to build and sustain customer relationships effectivelySelf-driven and goal-oriented with a proactive approachInterest in sustainability and environmental solutions is desirableAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamWillingness to travel around Cairo as requiredBenefitsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
