House of Cocoa, Egypt's leading premium chocolate and café brand, is seeking a highly motivated Online Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across all digital channels.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through our website, delivery platforms, social media channels, online campaigns, and other digital sales channels. This role combines sales, e-commerce, digital marketing coordination, and customer experience management to maximize online performance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize online sales across all digital channels.Monitor and improve website sales performance and customer conversion rates.Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online merchandising.Coordinate with marketing to execute online campaigns and seasonal promotions.Monitor performance of delivery aggregators and identify growth opportunities.Analyze online sales data and recommend actions to increase revenue.Ensure all products, images, descriptions, and pricing are accurately maintained online.Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Monitor customer feedback and online reviews and propose corrective actions.Support the launch of new products and promotional campaigns across digital channels.Manage email marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.Prepare weekly and monthly online sales reports for management.Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase online transactions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, digital commerce, or related fields.Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and performance data.Experience with delivery platforms and online marketplaces is preferred.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and digital reporting.Strong communication and organizational skills.Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth and customer experience.What We OfferOpportunity to join one of Egypt's leading premium chocolate brands.Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.Exposure to digital commerce, marketing, and retail operations.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
