Operations Coordinator - Entry Level

***** Must have experience with IT companies ********** Must have experience with Logistics & Supply chain *****Role Overview:The Operations Coordinator supports daily business operations by reviewing customer purchase orders, verifying invoices, following up on customer deliveries, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role acts as a key coordination point between Operations, Finance, Sales Admin, and Project Teams.Key Responsibilities:Order & Invoice ReviewReview customer purchase orders and ensure compliance with company procedures.Verify invoice accuracy prior to issuance and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoice documentation.Delivery Monitoring & Follow-UpFollow up on customer delivery dates and status updates.Prepare and maintain customer delivery tracking sheets and status reports.Operational Reporting & DocumentationPrepare operational reports and status summaries as required.Maintain operational documentation, filing systems, and related records.Ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.Cross-Departmental CoordinationCoordinate activities between Operations, Finance, Sales Admin, and Project Teams.Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.Provide administrative and operational support to other departments when required.Qualifications:Graduates from English School, Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or related field.1–2 years of experience in Operations, Administration role.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively with different departments.From New Cairo, Nasr City, or Maadi.
