**** IT Sales ****Job Summary:Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing strategic accounts, acquiring new clients, and expanding QuadraTech’s portfolio within assigned markets. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, leading complex sales cycles, and achieving assigned sales targets. This position requires strong consultative selling skills, technical understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to manage high-value enterprise accounts.Job Description:Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.Develop and execute strategic account plans.Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.Conduct regular business reviews with clients.Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.Expand QuadraTech’s footprint in government, enterprise, and private sectors.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Develop strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.Coordinate with technology vendors and partners.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.Maintain strong relationships with key vendors (e.g., infrastructure, cybersecurity, software providers).Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Project teams to design tailored solutions.Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-ups and credit management.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.7–10+ years of experience in IT sales or technology solutions sales.Proven track record of achieving high revenue targets.Experience handling enterprise and government accounts is preferred.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise solutions.Ability to understand technical proposals and translate them into business value.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinking and consultative selling approach.Strong financial and commercial awareness.Ability to manage large, complex deals.Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior sales team members.Results-driven and target-oriented.High level of professionalism.Strong relationship-building skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
