Arab Flex — Egypt's leading sports nutrition brand since 2006 — is hiring an Operations & Inside Sales Manager to run our office operations and drive inside sales.About Arab Flex:We're an established Egyptian sports nutrition brand with thousands of customers nationwide. We operate through our e-commerce website (arab-flex.com), WhatsApp/Telegram Smart Bot, and the upcoming ArabFlex PRO platform for gym management.The Role:You will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring every customer receives a professional experience from inquiry to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales Management (40%): Monitor and process incoming orders from Smart Bot (WhatsApp/Telegram), website, and phone Contact customers before order confirmation for verification and upsell Follow up on abandoned carts on the website Execute Win-Back campaigns targeting inactive customers Manage subscription orders for ArabFlex PRO platform from gymsCustomer Service (20%): Respond to customer inquiries and complaints across all channels within 30 minutes Coordinate delivery with the warehouse team Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction Manage customer database on WooCommerceOffice Operations (20%): Track inventory and alert before stock-outs Organize customer files, orders, and documentationCommunicate with suppliers and central warehouse Prepare daily and weekly reports for managementMarketing Support (10%): Review daily content before publishing on Facebook & Instagram Monitor performance marketing campaigns (with our freelancer) Schedule and coordinate content calendarFuture Expansion Prep (10%): Document all operations into clear SOPs Build a database of 200+ gyms in Greater Cairo Establish initial relationships with gym owners and trainers via phoneCompensation Structure: Month 1 (Probation): EGP 7,500 Month 2: EGP 8,500 Month 3: EGP 9,500 Month 4+ (Permanent): EGP 10,000 base + Uncapped CommissionWorking Hours: 11 AM – 9 PM | 6 days/week (Friday off)Location: Al Haram, GizaWhy Join Us: Stable, established company with 20 years in the market Modern tech stack (WooCommerce, Smart Bot, Cloudinary, etc.) Direct mentorship from the founder (25+ years industry experience) Uncapped commission with transparent target system Real opportunity to grow as the company expands  3-5 years of proven experience in operations management or inside sales Strong command of WooCommerce / WordPress (or willingness to learn fast) Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business and customer support tools Excellent written and verbal Arabic communication Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously Customer-first mindset with patience to handle complaints professionally Background in e-commerce or B2C environments (preferred) Previous experience in supplements, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG sectors (preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp) - a plus Basic Canva design skills for content scheduling - a plus Naturally organized — structure is in your DNA Trustworthy and loyal — will handle customer data and revenue numbers Calm under pressure with multitasking ability Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
