MNT-Halan is looking for analytical and detail-oriented undergraduate students to join our Performance & Projects Team as interns.What You'll Do:Assist in tracking and reporting operational KPIs and performance metrics.Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.Monitor service levels, productivity, and operational efficiency indicators.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.Participate in continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives. What We're Looking For:Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.Basic knowledge of SQLPrevious academic projects or internships related to operations, analytics, or performance management are a plus.
